INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Grzegorz Podlasek conducting business under the name Firma Produkcyjno-Handlowa „Naturalnie...Podlasek" Grzegorz Podlasek, 32-445 Krzyszkowice 489, Poland, VAT No.: 9441154398, REGON: 120222070; e-mail: info@npstyle.pl, phone: +48 606377443, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement sent by post to the above address or electronically to the above e-mail address.
You may use the model withdrawal form constituting Annex No. 1 to the Terms and Conditions of our Online Store, also included in the order confirmation e-mail. Use of the model form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please be informed that the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to contracts referred to in Article 38 of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2020, item 287, as amended).
In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts where the subject matter is a non-prefabricated item produced according to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalised to meet the Consumer's individual needs — this applies in particular to made-to-measure and custom-made products (Article 38(3) of the aforementioned Act). Such products cannot be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal.
Please return the Product along with proof of purchase to the address of F.P.H. "Naturally ... Podlasek" Grzegorz Podlasek 31-007 Kraków ul. Wiślna 9, immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the deadline of 7 days. Please be advised that you will be required to pay the direct cost of returning the item.
